70% of the profit for the last three Bond movies have come from foreign markets, the question should be; will a black Bond do as well in them?

Hard to say. I'd be more interested in how a black Bond would work with the story. A white Bond works well with traditional bipolar politics between East and West. He moves well in white-dominated European societies. But a black Bond could serve as a springboard for stories dealing with more former colonial interests and First world-Third world issues where a black Bond may be a better asset than a white one.
