Hello all
I had an idea for a character who I feel would fit somewhere between the Sorcerer and Warlock classes for flavor but I want them to be effective also. Having briefly looked online I see that this seemed to be something of a thing already with Warlocks and Sorcerers and in short going Warlock 2/3 and the rest into Sorcerer seemed to be the most effective. I would like to hear some opinions on this multiclass especially from any who have done it. Such as do you think it is/was worth it to multi class to delay your higher level spells ? Is the cost worth the reward ? would you level into Warlock at lv 2 or wait till maybe 5 or later ? and general other opinions and advice.
