sorcerer sleeping to regain spells?

Welcome to Mordenkainen's world of decadence - which is as easily gained (Magnificient Mansion) as it is lost (Disjunction)! :D

If you buy three scrolls of Mordenkainen's Most Magnificient Mansion, you'll get this flying sword* and a faithful watchdog* for free!!!

Get your Mordenkainen's Deal of Decadence today!

We have a house rule in our campaign that if a Wizard ever gets Mordenkainen's Magnificent Mansion, he has to make a DC25 Will Save every day or else be forced to say, "Screw that 'adventuring' stuff, I'm hanging out at the Mansion today!"

Well, not really. But it would be a hard temptation to resist unless all Wizards are adrenaline junkies.

My own sorceress will take a variation of the mansion at 14th level (Basically a more luxurious secure shelter, not a real extradimensional space), but I can safely say that even the original mansion will only be "barely adequate lodgings in the wilderness" for some of the PCs. (The joys of a campaign set in a southern, decadent society.)

Yeah and everyone else in the aprty with a couple hundred grand in gold, can't live it up like kings for the rest of thier days. Face it all adventureres are serious adreniline junlkies because they've made thier fortune by level 5.
