I see the days roll by
And wind stirs in the trees
And as the world goes by
Could it just wait for me
For if within my pow'r
I could my peace here find
I wait here for the hour
When all my plans unwind...
I walk on sorrow's path
A thousand miles from home
A thousand hurts are mine
Carried where'er I roam
This rage has left me blind
To all I've loved and known
And here on sorrow's path
I am ever alone...
Can you dare question the reasoning I find
And would you dare answer to question in my life
And can you dare tell me why you see - why I'm blind
For I have my reasons for taking away their lives...
I walk on sorrow's path
And I shall walk alone
This path I choose is mine
The road is now my home
For hatred is my life
And nothing is my own..
I'm here on sorrow's path
Eternally I roam.
Side note. I wrote the song for an FR character and story I outlined for the Novel contest this summer. I lost, but I have the song
