soulknife and wild talent

does anyone know if the soulknife is considered to have manifestor levels or if he gets extra PP based on a high stat?

Also, related to the above question, does anyone know why the wild talent feat says you can take feats that require levels a manifestor class, such as meta psiconic and psionic creation feats? The way I read the feat it does not give you manifestor levels.

Though I don't have the book, I'm pretty sure that what the book means is that it allows the character to qualify for feats that require that you are psionic, such as speed of thought. It makes you psionic. However, I think it tosses out the characters availability for the antipsionic feats aswell.
