Well, I kind of like it the way it is, however, I am working up a watered down version just called Stellar. (Star-Borne are just what they are called, friggin alien versions. Stellar will be lesser, half breeds or flukes.

Personally I think stellar should be the more powerfull of the two templates, as it indicates creatures native to the great void, while star-born simply refers to creatures that are born there (or the flukes as you put it.)
