I worked out some typical stats for when one's shapechanged into its human form:

Armor Class: 21 (+3 Dex, +6 natural, +2 heavy wooden shield), touch 13, flat-footed 18
Base Attack/Grapple: +4/+9
Attack: Horn +12 melee (1d6+8) or spear +9 melee (1d8+7/×3) or spear +7 ranged (1d8+5/×3)
Full Attack: spear +9 melee (1d8+7/×3) and horn +7 melee (1d6+5); or horn +12 melee (1d6+8) or spear +7 ranged (1d8+5/×3)
Space/Reach: 5 ft./5 ft.
Special Attacks: Change shape

I know it's too late, but this bit only just registered.

The legendary Monoceros could not talk, being just an animal albeit a fantastic one.

My version will go "Monoceri cannot speak, but understand Sylvan."
