Specialized Loot Selling

I'm wondering if anyone has insights into selling specialty loot in 5e, for example claws & beak of an Owlbear? I seem to recall some old tables of spell component prices (perhaps an old Dragon magazine?), but I'm not sure where I saw them and it would be great to have this kind of resource for creative looters in 5e. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I haven't seen any tables, nor do I know offhand where something like this can be found for previous editions.

However, I would be more likely as a DM to have a weird gnome (is that redundant?) alchemist trade the PC's a scroll or potion for rare components.
