Speed Feat

Other than Dash, there's at least one feat that enables you to change direction once during a run action. IIRC, it was in one of the Complete books (possibly Complete Adventurer).

That dramatically increases your speed.

It's one of the skilltricks in Complete Scoundrel.

The regional feat from Player's Guide to Faerun, Fleet of Foot, gives +10' to land movement when in Light (or lighter) armor and with Medium (or lighter) encumbrance.

Run (PHB), while not increasing base speed, does increase the multiple at which you can run.

Dash (CW) increases base speed by 5 feet.

Fleet of Foot (CW) allows you to make one direction change during a run or charge.

If your PC is a dragon by taking Improved Speed feat in Draconomicon your flight speed increased by 20 ft. and speed of other movement modes increased by 10 ft.

For the life of me, I can't imagine why Dash gives +5 to land speed instead of +10.

Because unnamed +10 bonus to land speed is too good?

Even most class features (like those of Monk and Scout) are enhancement bonus.
