found it. Its page 195 and its a armor crystal. Sadly it works on only med and heavy armor. does mythril breast plate count a med for something like this?

Without being too ridiculous, a xeph soulknife 5/barbarian 4/wizard 5/scout 4/swiftblade 3 would get you some pretty good speed. You'd be hasted most of the time, so you'd end up having a speed of 100 and can up it too 110 with the xeph's burst.

The monk enhancement bonus doesn't stack with the enhancement bonus from the horseshoes, right?

An ex-Nezumi Dragonborn sorcerer 1 / fighter 2 / monk 12 / blade dancer 1 with Dodge, Wild Talent, Mobility, Speed of Thought, Spring Attack, Hustle, Run and Improved Speed as feats would have a 145' land speed and run 725' per round (82 mph).

An Ex-Nezumi Dragonborn Barbarian 1, Blade Dancer 10, any combination of other things X moves at 130'. Add Improved Speed and Hustle and It matches the previous build before dipping into any kind of typed bonuses.

Monk is a trap. You need to many levels to get a significant move bonus and even then it's of the overwhelmingly most common type. if the previous build dropped monk and cast expeditious retreat of the Sorcerer level it allready has it would only lose 10' of move.

I'm thinking that swiftblade is a lot of what I'm Looking for, but i'm looking into some of the other suggestions. And finally, even if you move 150 feet, you still don't benifit in jump other than the running, right?

I can't answer about the improved speed or hustle feats (though hustle might be in reference to the psionic power Hustle. Not sure though. ).

If you have a 150 foot movement rate, you get a +48 bonus on jump checks as a result of your speed, since you move 120 feet faster than 30 feet (+4 bonus/10 feet faster than 30). Is that what you meant?

Improved Speed is on page 71 of the Draconomicon. As for hustle I was (and I think others were too) misrembering the name of Dash, which is found on page 97 of Complete Warrior, and was earlier printed in both Song and Silence and the Miniatures Handbook.
