Speeding up combat: Ditching the Damage rolls.

Yeah the chips work well Use a different colour for each "plus" to make things easier... I went +1=green, +2=red, +3/crit=black.

We use a few other rewards too (check Rhedden | Rewards System | Obsidian Portal).

I thought this was the whole point with Essentials and the new MM.
