Spell Assay Resistance SC

I am looking for spells to beat SR.
I found Assay Resistance in the SC and got a question about that spell.
The spell gives an insight Bonus against SR on the next spell / spells cast by the caster on one Target.
If a Mage cast Assay Resistance on an Outsider and then uses a Wand next against it.
Would the Assay Resistance Bonus work with the Wand Spell?

No, it would not. The caster level of the wand is set by the creator. When you make a caster level check while using a wand, you are making it on behalf of the wand. If, however, you cast assay resistance and used a staff, you would benefit from the spell.
