Spell duration/conditions

Just cleaning up the language for this in OLD v1.2.

Current result: a condition inflicted by a spell (2/4MP for standard/severe) can be shaken off as normal.

If you pay double (4/8MP) then it is persistent for the duration of the spell and cannot be shaken off normally. However other exploits etc which remove conditions will still work.
