If a creature has the abiliity to summon another creature like many devils\demons do, would the summoned creature go immediately after they summoner finishes his turn since it is only a standard action?

It depends on the specific entry for the the monster (like it says above). If there is nothing written, then yes. It does say that the spell-like ability functions just like the spell (unless otherwise noted). So since summon monster spells have the summoned creature act immediately after the caster then I would say yes - again unless it is otherwise specified in the ability description itself (for the monster or possibley a general description of an ability if it exists, but regardless it has to be in a description of the ability and not the spell as far as casting time goes).

Actually, I was talking about initiative order after being summoned.

Since the summon ability says "as though casting a summon monster spell", it should be that the ability works like a summon monster spell unless otherwise specified. So, the creature acts as soon as it appears (says so in SM), but then the question is whether the summon ability takes a standard action (default for Supernatural abilities) or a full round. If the ability is spell-like, it has to be 1 full round, but for Supernatural summoning abilities, it is arguable.
