Spell like abilities with a exp cost...

What happens with a creature who uses a spell like ability that has an experience cost?

1. They lose experience. (Eh?)
2. They simply can't.
3. Nothing, they just do.
4. Other

They just use it. Unless the creature is a PC and XP is tracked for them, I just ignore the XP cost.

Spell-Like: Spell-like abilities are magical and work just like spells (Though they are not spells so they have no verbal, somantic, material, focus, or XP components). They go away in antimagic field and are subject to spell resistance.
