Does a Wizard who branches out into a arcane spell casting Prestige class gain spells to their spell book when they advance in level?
Example:
Blot the 8th level Wizard has gained enough EXP to advance a level. He decides he wants to add a level of Elemental Savant that gives him a +1 level of existing class in Spells per Day. Does he also gain 2 new spells to his spell book per a Wizard or not?
