I always enjoy your Spelljammer pictures Silverblade. They always make me want to play Spelljammer or to convert it to 4e to play it again using new rules.

that's one of my intentions, to keep Spelljammer alive and inspire folk to play it

manual of the planes has a "Spelljammer" vehicle, grossly too expensive though, ugh
think it would have been better to keep Spelljammers just as flying vessels, drop price to 500,000 to 1million gp not 3.5 million, jeesh! but not have them being able to plane shift, except by special means.
like the Pirates of Gith who could in 2nd ed Plane Shift the eleven organic ships.

I would love to see a new Spelljammer PC game. I haven't played the old school SSI Spelljammer game yet.

the old game is...well, you ever played Pool of Radiance, the old one? like that, but buggier
(bought it off Ebay few years ago, I was gonna buy it for my AMiga way back when it was released but it only came out on PC in the end, grrrr!)

yeah an updated version of Spelljammer on the PC would be awesome!!
take control of the ship, fire the ballistae, mix of 1st perosn as you control ship and weapons, then 3rd perosn for combat on decks...
