Spells cast through Wall of Dispel Magic?

Can spells be cast through a Wall of (Greater) Dispel Magic from Spell Compendium? If so, are they subject to the dispel chance of the wall?

They "should be". They might not be depending on the wording of the spell.

I don't have my books handy, but unless the Wall specifically states it affects spells cast 'through' it, then no, it does nothing.

This is a basic tenet of spell descriptions. If the spell doesn't say it does something, then it doesn't do it.

Yes. It's a "transparent, permeable wall."

And, to answer the OP, spells cast through a Wall of Dispel Magic work just fine. The spell clearly says that "someone" passing through the Wall is affected by it. So spells would be fine.
