I question I've been wondering about is what spells can a good cleric not cast. Any from the Evil and Destruction domains seems right to me. Do wizards have a similar conflict with alignment vs. spell? Or can they cast any spell provided it's not from a restricted school?

PHB, page 32, Chaotic, Evil, Good, and Lawful Spells:
A cleric can't cast spells of an alignment opposed to his own or his deity's.

This means that a Lawful Good cleric can't cast any spells with an [Evil] or [Chaotic] descriptor. The discriptor will be listed just below the spell name, to the right of the School.

Note that the Destruction domain doesn't have any Evil or Chaotic spells, so nothing stops a good or lawful cleric from taking that domain if his deity grants it.

Wizards can cast any spell, provided it's not from a restricted school. Keep in mind that casting an [Evil] spell is an evil act. Even though a good wizard could choose to cast it, doing so repeatedly should start his alignment to start shifting from good to neutral and eventually to evil. (Depends on how rigorously your DM enforces the alignment effects.)
