I don't know the setting, but if you give me a concept and a CR I can create a character for you.

I ran a mini-campaign with it using short adventures from Dungeon. It was fun while it lasted, but now it's over (unlikely to return). You should be able to convert (or fudge conversions) of just about any cool d20 module for the game.
