Spellsword and spellstoring questions...

Can a spellsword cast a spell from say a wand into his sword? How about casting from a wand into a spellstoring item? Would a Spellsword get multiple touches if he cast Chill Touch into his sword?

While I don't know for sure, my gut says no. You have to cast the spell into a spellstoring item, you can't just trigger it in there.

From the Ring of Minor Spell Storing: "A spellcaster can cast any spells into the ring, so long as the total spell levels do not add up to more than three. Metamagic versions of spells take up storage space equal to their spell level modified by the metamagic feat. A spellcaster can use a scroll to put a spell into the minor ring of spell storing."

The fact that it specifies scrolls suggests they're a special case... which would disallow wands.

(It also implies that a Rogue activating a scroll with UMD couldn't place the spell in the ring, since he's not a spellcaster, but that could perhaps be argued )
