Spellwarp sniper vs Master Specialist

I’m creating a Wizard Conjour Specialist and want to max out his potential with damage spells. Evoc and Conjour spell would be the ones that he focuses on.
My question is would a Spellwarp Sniper’s Spell warp ability is better than the Master Specialist for Conjour Major ability of making all Standard action spells Free actions?

First off, that level 10 Master Specialist ability is only 3/day, and only summoning spells, iirc. Which means it mixes nicely with the UA fast summoning variant...

I'd say unless you really want the ray/orb shooting niche kind of caster, Master Specialist is definitely better overall. Partly due to easier/faster access.

Use both.. choose each level depending on you desire and campaign need/wahats been happening. Been summoning or need skills? Just use both and let the thing grow.
