Essentially it allows a Polearm wielder to strike within their reach (i.e. Adjacent Squares). Would have to wait till I get home if you want it word for word.
But if anyone has the that Dragon Mag handy it would be appreciated.

Those two are not the same.

A creature ten feet away from an ogre is within his reach, but is not in an adjacent square.

I'm fairly certain Enlarge only works on Humanoids. Ogre's are Giants.

ok lets make for the sake of argument the ogre a PsyWar with the expantion power
