Spiritual Weapons & AoO's

Does a spiritual weapon, as cast by a cleric, get an attack of opportunity?

In a word, "no."

Sorry - nothing in the spell description would indicate they do, but a couple of things indicate they do not.

They strike as a spell, not a weapon.
It takes a move action to redirect it to another target.

They don't threaten an area, so no. You can't flank with a spiritual weapon, for example.

Thanks guys! I was also leaning towards "no" after reading the spell description, but I wanted to be sure since the spell didn't specifically say no AoO's.

There's a Monte Cook spell called "Threatening Weapon", that doesn't attack normally, but does make AoOs.

Less powerful than Spiritual Weapon, IMO, but has a lot of class.
