Well, seems like they've overcome a barrier here...

From Sci Fi Wire:
Alyson Hannigan, who plays Willow on UPN's Buffy the Vampire Slayer, told SCI FI Wire that her character will cross over onto The WB's spinoff series Angel in an upcoming episode. "I’m doing Angel tomorrow," Hannigan said in an interview at the Jan. 22 premiere of Darkness Falls, starring Buffy regular Emma Caulfield. "I don’t think I can actually say [what Willow is doing in L.A.], but a little crossover is happening." It'll mark Hannigan's first appearance on Angel since she became engaged to Angel regular Alexis Denisof over the 2002 holidays.

So she's engaged to the actor who plays Wesley. I was wondering who the lucky guy was after watching "Entertainment Tonight" last night.

Maybe if Buffy ends, we can see Willow as a semi-regular on Angel. It would be cool to see her & Fred compare notes.

Sounds interesting. Would be cool to see their reaction to her and her to Wes, Angel and Cordy. They've all changed so much in the last 3 years. The only thing as cool would be to have Wes & Cordy come to Buffy for an ep. :)

Oh, and just in case someone doesn't want to know about this, you may want to add a spoiler warning to the title of this thread.

Told you so! :D

Spoiler warning -----------------------------------------:)

It could also be she is setting the building blocks to be a regular cast member on Angel if Buffy ends, possibly replacing Cordy if Chrisma leaves the show for motherhood.

Is Angel going to survive? I like the show but it has never done well in the ratings. It would be cool to see Willow there though.

I think Angel can cut the mustard. While West Wing is a draw, I think it's starting to fade a little. Especially now that Rob Lowe left.

In my neck of the woods it's opposite ER, they could have selected better timeslots.

I think it can, it has good rating for its network. for me it comes on at 7 on Thursdays.

Even so ER has kind of lost the Uhmph it used to have. Even with Noah Wiley and the return of a few old characters. I do think has staying power, but Angel got something the other shows don't have. Joss Wheton. :D
