[Spoilers] Veronica Mars - Now it's gettin' really good

Let's get some chatter about the whodunit of the season, folks. :)

I came up with the theory Duncan did it and his parents were covering up for him months ago, so I'll stick with that. Though it's hard now that they've floated that theory in the show (I rather expect that they wouldn't so blatently give it up that way).

The butler did it. He took advantage of Duncan's violent episode who did attacked Lilly but did not kill her. The butler ultimately finished the job and framed it on Duncan.

I'm sticking with Logan. He found out about her and Weevil, took advantage of Duncan's fit and did her in.

And you made a mistake by not sticking with "Joan of Arcadia." The end of this season also seems to move it closer to Buffy territory, so next season might be worth watching, even if you didn't like its tone. Personally, I found it quite fun, a real antidote to the preachiness of pap like "Touched by an Angel" and "Highway to Heaven." There's nothing like a realistically sulky teenager to make doing the Lord's work seem like such a damn burden.

Is the show still in it's first season?

I just got UPN a few weeks ago, and I'd love to start watching this from the beginning. Does anyone know if they'll rerun it from the beginning over the summer?
First season. I doubt they'll rerun it, in order at least. They rarely do that in general.

Any revised opinions after last nights episode?

I'm still going with the Aaron Echolls theory. We have seen that he has a... weird love/hate relationship with his son, Logan. He likes Veronica with Logan, and obviously cares about his son quite a bit (if unable to properly express it, or contain his rage). My guess right now is that he found out about Lilly's cheating on Logan or something, and went to confront her about it, lost his temper, and killed her.

Since Logan just got stood up by Veronica this week, I'm wondering if we won't get a confrontation between Aaron and Veronica on the issue. ("Why are you upsetting my son?")

Alternative theory- one of Logan's buddies, Dick or the Beav. I'm pretty sure that one or both of them is going to turn out to have some... ties... to Veronica in the next couple of episodes.

Yup, exactly what i'm thinking "Do I have to kill every girl in town to make my son happy?"
