Can a Cleric spontaneously cast Stabilize like the Cure spells, or should it be prepared in advance?

Stabilize is a level 0 spell, so a PF cleric that prepares the spell can cast it at-will. It's so good for emergency healing any cleric should prepares it anyway, but you won't need it if you have a Wand of Cure Light Wounds. (You might as well squeeze 5.5 hit points worth of healing out of your standard action.)
