Spot the Weak Point from Complete Scoundrel

Can you use this trick (pg. 89) from ComS, as part of a full attack action, i.e. BAB is +8/+2, attack at +8 and then make Spot to resolve your second attack as a touch attack?

EDIT: No, its a standard action to spot the weak point, ie, round 1 you spot, and the first attack of round 2 is then a touch attack. Whetever you FA or not on round two doesnt matter, still only one attack.
