Spring Attack and Improved Feint

Ok, per RAW, it isn't allowed.

But it could hardly be perceived as a "broken" combination. It requires quite a few feats and skill points to actually put it all together.

Create another feat that requires imp feint and spring attack that allows this combo to work, propose it to the DM.
