Spring Attack

When a character uses the spring attack feat are they entitled to their full attack. Say a fighter is hasted and has two attacks and can move 30' a round. Can he move 10' take his two attacks and his hasted action as an attack and then complete the rest of his 20'?

Also can he take his hasted action after his full movement is used say to cast a spell or drink a potion?

Nope. You can do one attack while spring attacking. Afterwards or before you do it, use your haste action.
