No, the author said that most of the content will be OGC, and it is. WotC has indicated that it will not be added to the SRD...

Generally Wizards of the cost only places Core Rule Books in thier SRDs, as everything else is considered an accessory. UA would be a major possibility of NEVER making it to the SRD as it is both an accessory and lacking of any offical rules whatsoever. It's a book of variant rules and it's not to be confused as a rules update.

Urban Arcana however is considered Core Rules because Urban Arcana was first introduced in the d20 Modern Core Rulebook, if they ever produce guides for Section 7 and Shadow Hunters, you can probably be safe to assume they'll be added.

A good way to check for something being added into the SRD, look for the word "Accessory" on the book cover, those typically do not make it in. I say typically, as two of those accessories were featured in the new DMG and thus made it into the SRD.

being that its OGC it doesnt HAVE to be added to the SRD.

So long as the IP is removed and proper credit given in section 15 of the OGL anyone can reprint the info from AU same as from the srd...

the only diffrence is that the srd already has ip removed.

to continue my thought above.

adding the UA to the SRD would be a very bad buisness descision.

Why? Because though anyone can use the current material in a new product they still have to buy the actual book.

If wotc released the material in the sRD people would just wait for the srd, especially since there is very little ip in the book already.

Hmm. I doubt that is the case. Urban Arcana is just so happens to be the second d20 Modern product not covered under the OGL. And just so you know, Weapons Locker is the second product published by Wizards of the Coast to contain at least 50% or more OGC. I doubt it will be made into the Modern SRD, even this should fall into the same category as Core Rulebook and Menace Manual.
