I do feel Charles should have gotten cover credit with Mr Potter.

Just curious, did they cite UMF in the book's OGL (Section 15 Copyright Notice)? I didn't get a good look.
P.S. I was about to pick up WL but while it boast a lot more weapons than UMF, it doesn't appear to have any new rules material like feats that I might find interesting. Correct me if I'm wrong. BTW, I bought the Psychic's Handbook instead (a lot gamers here boast the Modern Psychic AdC and the Psychic System being better d20 Modern Psionics ... and they're right).

Speaking of the OGC in UA. Does anyone know if the creatures and templates referenced in the summoning section (originally from MM2 and MotP) are now OGC? I looked at the declarations of PI and OGC, and it would appear that the template names (Air, Fire, Shadow, etc) or, more than likely, OGC. The creature names from MM2 may be a different story.

It's better to ask the author or publisher of that work. Email them.
