It's at the very end:

I wonder when the Unearthed Arcana stuff will be in the SRD. I'd assume not till after its out in stores... right?

No need; as I understand, the vast majority of UA will be OGC, and so usable by other publishers without needing to add it to the SRD.

Nope, I'm sure they'll leave it to Green Ronin and others to fix it right.

It's in the SRD already. The only updates are to make it 3.5E rather than 3E. (See the Accessory Update guide for what changes they made for the most part).

As for making it good... oh dear.

What makes this so exciting is that now the basic rules are out there, they can be tampered with by everyone to make a "better" set of Epic rules.
