has the OGF EVER? updated their stuff? The dates are still wrong on their website...

Do you have the dates when the different sections of the SRD were released, it will be of great help with what I'm doing this weekend.

The dates refers to the posting of the DRAFT sections, not the official RELEASED sections.

As you recalled, Ryan Dancey was the man who was responsible for the process until his contract got canned by Wizards this past Spring. It's up to him to update his OGF web site.

Yes. When Ryan still worked for WotC, it would always be updated quickly. Now, though, he has less reason to care.
