From my practiced eye, the real trick isn't so much the mounting as getting the numbers to look right.

If anyone knows the people or person who did those, let him know there is a market for lampshades, at the very least!

Yeah these would be really great as a lamp above a game table... Kind of like the kind you see above pool tables or card tables.

It also occurs to me that the D20s could be made into table lamps as well...although they'd only be D19s after that.

Except the turtle's shell would be the "D20", and you'd obviously have a different base...

Hunh!

And I checked out her prices- not out of line at all. I've bought a lot of stained glass over the years, including some custom work and I'd pay those kind of prices for what I'm seeing.
