Standing up from prone while invisible...AoO?

What about?

It may seem cut and dry as to why invisibility does and dosnt cause AoO but one thing to consider, and I feel this is significant:

Regardless of being invisible you still: smell, make noise, leave tracks etc...

Yes the wolf has the ability to 'smell' an invisible target rather well.. An Earth Elemental can 'sense' invisible targets that are touching the 'earth' ...so, for a person to get an AoO against an invisible person who is trying to stand from a prone position. Are they being quiet? or are they making noise (move silent check perhaps?). Do they smell? (summon skunk and summon wolf tag team action vs invisible mage!). Are they on a quiet surface (kick a rock, slip or make noise against the floor ?).

If any of these situations are possible then I would suggest making skill checks or just give the attacker a blind attack against the invisible target (believe someone mentioned the 50/50 miss rule).

So i would rule: nope. No Aoo's against unseen Enemies.
With see Invisible or Sonar this is a whole differed thing anyway...

doesnt the PHB state somewhere that to use a skill to target a person that is invisible etc take some kind of action? If it does then thye wouldnt get an AoO since cant use those skills except on their turn.
