I sold my Dark Side book on Ebay last week for $46.00!wingsandsword said:There are two auctions for it now on eBay, and I'll admit that seeing a copy go for $38 with 5 days to go and 8 bids is surprising. I didn't know that book was worth that much now. I know I certainly like my copy at least. It's weird that no other SWRPG book is commanding such an exceptional price.
If you've got an FLGS in the area that'll do special orders, I'd see what they can do.
It might be that the distributors have run out, and since WotC isn't known for supporting the SWRPG much they might not be interested in a reprint (and I'd imagine that the surge in popularity from Episode III is fuelling it). Maybe distributors reporting a run on SWRPG books would put a fire under WotC's rear about the customer demand and profitability of the game.
Looking around, Amazon.com has it at around $20, eBay has it for. . .a lot more.Kiln Publications said:I sold my Dark Side book on Ebay last week for $46.00!

I know eBay is famous for a little bit of markup, but this is amusing. Especially when WotC isn't producing more books (and the DSSB is out of print, admittedly it was the best sourcebook made in OCR, and it has the Sith Lord PrC which they used in the RCR without reprinting).
Note to self: Pick up Galactic Campaign Guide and Ultimate Adversaries now before the price skyrockets.
