SWSE is supposed to have a chapter about using minis in the game. What's that like? Does it have conversions from minis stats to RPG stats?

There's no such chapter (I'd've said "I'm almost certain that there's no such chapter" yesterday, but I've got my copy now), and nothing on minis/RPG conversions (though the examples on WotC's site from the Alliance and Empire previews might help). They do use minis for combat examples, and measure combat movement and ranges in squares. But that's it.

The Revised edition does the same thing, it just uses counters instead of minis because they didn't have minis yet...

How difficult for you to use minis in RPG sessions? :\

At the beginning of the book (I know, the part most of us just skip over since it's the same in every book), they say you need a mini to play, in order to represent your character. But judging from the rest of the book, that's sort of just a nod to WotC, and they by no means emphasize minis.

The Revised edition does the same thing, it just uses counters instead of minis because they didn't have minis yet...

I find it easier to use the cards that came with the minis...rather than look up the stats in the book. It's easier for NPC mooks.

May not be an issue if the minis stats haven't changed.

I seem to recall something about conversions being up on the website at some point.
For all the RCR characters, at least. Maybe even for Minis.
