Star Wars Saga RPG: Square Book? WTF

I loved Gary's comment that he wrote Imp. Sense Surroundings specifically because he wanted to be able to convert the Miraluka later. :)

I hope they continue, one book would just look odd, a series stacked together looks better. Also it fits in the Miniatures game starter box along with the floor plans.

Really? Something about that says "starter kit" to me, aside from the shelving convenience.

I'm pretty sure Pagan Priest was being sarcastic. At least, I really hope so...

Hey! I like the Miraluka. The Kushiban stats are for a friend, and as far as the Lepi go, well, when I first saw thaem written up in the Star Wars Gamer magazine, I immediately ran out to find a suitable mini.

And thanks to those who mentioned where the current stats are!

Just remember that those are unofficial conversions, and if/when an official list of UUA conversions is posted, could differ significantly from what Matt's site has, such as is the case with the Miraluka and Jawas (although the later was pretty close to the official version)

With the groups that I normally game with, I am the keeper of gaming lore, and thus, the rules are what I say they are. Everyone else is too lazy to read the books to contradict me...

You aren't the only one. :)

Miraluka have been one of my favourite races since they first popped up in the old Tales of the Jedi comics. I have a habit of sticking at least one into most of my games...somehow. That gets interesting in Rebellion era games.

For the benefit of the uninitiated amongst us... what exactly are miraluka?
Basically, they're a near-human race with no eyes. Instead, they see directly through the Force and usually have a cloth or some other cover over their 'eyes', which are either nonexistant, empty sockets, or fully white eyes depending on which source you're looking at.

They're really only common during the Tales of the Jedi/Knights of the Old Republic period where some turned from their own Force traditions to Jedi or even Sith.

I need a group like that. Or a group that's willing to work within the rules, "No you can't use magnesium in D&D."

Hmm... Now I want to make a character who can cast Elemental Swarm twice... Once for fire elementals, and once for magnesium elementals! :)
