A great time for worldbuilding. But I have little confidence in the writers ability to do that - I expect everything will be reset back to plucky rebels vs evil empire, with the names changed. Again.Which takes places decades prior to this story, do many things could have changed.
Since I'm not going to accept their advertising cookies, what do they think it tells us aside from "at some point they're on a boat"?The Guardian also has a bad feeling about this:
Star Wars: Starfighter – what the new picture of Ryan Gosling tells us
It doesn’t tell you anything, apart from I am not the only person who feels that the more we learn about this film, the worse it seems.Since I'm not going to accept their advertising cookies, what do they think it tells us aside from "at some point they're on a boat"?

It literally gives you two choices: "Accept personalised advertising and all cookies" or "Reject and subscribe for £5".NB the only thing The Guardian’s cookies do is ask you to pay for The Guardian. It doesn’t carry advertising.
Possibly a regional thing? I only get “pretty please subscribe to this paper, but you can still read it for free you meanie.”So just "I have a bad feeling about this"?

Also, the name is terrible.@MarkB this is what I took away from the article:
1) Star Wars movies don’t normally rely on big name stars so this is gonna be bad
2) Nobody wants to revisit the sequel era so this is gonna be bad
