D&D 5E Starter Set pre-gens in PDF?

I ended up just scanning and printing mine. Couldn't find any decent PDF's.

There is a thread on the WotC forum that has PDFs of three characters (Dwarf Cleric, Elf Wizard, and Human Fighter [melee]) with photographs of the other two


As far as I am aware, those three have been released by Wizards as "previews" while the others may be illegal copyrighted material.

On a related thought, I have been keeping up with the 5E stuff, but still no info on PDFs and/or other electronic access to the books?

EDIT: apart from morningstar obviously. I guess i am keen on buying the books without extortionate shipping to here in NZ

Hope someone will post their scan because I can't find my scan power coord! Me to do not want to give the original sheet to my players, even just for the time to copy the info to blank character sheet!

As an interim solution, you could take the form-fillable character sheet that WotC has posted and fill in the pregens yourself.

I had to go Old School and use ... a copier.

You can also download the Basic rules and print out the blank character sheet at the end of the document.

That means a lot of writing for your players but it also makes it easier to change things if you want.

I agree, though, that regular PDFs would be nice. They've already tweeted the material so it's not like they care if it's distributed. The real meat of the Starter Set is the adventure; everything else is free online (well, and the dice).
