Blue
Ravenous Bugblatter Beast of Traal
I'm thinking about the following:
All races that do not start with a feat gain any feat that normally grants +1 to an ability except Resilient, but without the boost to the ability.
This grants a bunch of interesting but not super-power "half-feats". Usually not majorly combat-focused, either. It does dilute the variant human a bit, that is intentional. Resilient seems like it would be a default choice for all casters who don't get Con proficiency in order to keep concentration, and a must-have is boring.
Critiques? Abuses? Thoughts?
