Stench question

I am experimenting with a primeval build and a came up with some questions.
I am looking at the stench ability of the dire vulture, the save DC is 20. It says that the save DC is is Constitution-based. What does this mean? Is that number fixed or if I use primeval form the DC will be re-calculated according to the characters Constitution score?

If its Con goes up, the DC goes up.

The formula is normally 10 + 1/2 creature's HD + stat bonus. So a 6-HD creature with a Constitution 18 would set the DC at 10 + 3 + 4 = 17. If the creature's Constitution were raised to 20, the DC would change to 10 + 3 + 5 = 18.

This. Con and HD both change the save DC value.
