Stone Giant & Lich

I have been having difficulty finding a progression table for the stone giant. There is no way that the stone giant can only be a lvl adjustment 4 and it would be quite helpful if someone could direct me for somewhere I could find a progression table for it.

Also a friend of mine has been having trouble finding a progression table for lich rather than the lvl adjustment 4 so if someone could tell me where to find a progression table for that it would be quite helpful.

Remember, a stone giant doesn't have all that much in the way of special abilities. Like the other giants - some ability adjustments, natural armor, and size. That's about it. So it only has a +4 LA.

But remember, it also has 14 giant hit dice.

So a Stone Giant Fighter 1 has an ECL of 19 - 14 giant hit dice, 1 fighter level, and a +4 LA. He is expected to adventure with 19th level characters, who are casting 9th level spells...
