Ooh, now that's interesting. It's a bit... well, "meta" I guess, but no more so than some of the other 4e rules.

If its a bit too powerful for you add a -1 per character the has to rogue uses it on and use each players dex mod too.

5 PC's only the rogue and ranger have stealth, the rogue rolls a group stealth check -3 and the individual players uses their AC penalty and dex mod

sorta like the group initative

In my opinion as a big Conan fan, 4E can handle REH style Conan better than the Conan RPG. The healing rules are part of that, btw.

Hear, hear. I can't wait to try 4E in a Hyborian Age setting. If only they had included the barbarian!
