Strangely Missing/Atlered Aspects from the Playtest Docs

1) The pregens have information about their level 2 & 3 aspects, and we are given XP totals for rooms/monsters in the cave, but no info in the GM book about handing out XP.

2) The
merchant prisoner and his wife in the bugbear cave
have been replaced with "gotchas". No XP appears for the room, seeming to indicate no XP for a non-combat resolution.

Now, this might have been reserved for down-the-road when we get the advancement rules, but I do find it interesting the cave write-up doesn't at least indicate areas for "quest XP" or for actions not involving simply clearing humanoids out of the caves. The "gotcha" replacements REALLY bother me.

Anything unusual others may have spotted being left out?

All the monsters have XP values in the Bestiary. My best guess is that it's a 4e-style award system where each monster defeated gives a set XP amount that's split evenly among the party.
 

I probably wouldn't read too much into the lack of XP information. Getting the core mechanics down is likely much higher priority. Once those rules are stable and closer to where they will end up then a closer look can be taken at XP.
