It's a little confusing how you're asking for a single specific "result". There's no one overall "result" from a particular set of ability scores.

Yes there IS! The result of these stats is .... 42.

And with those stats, without point buy, and as a commoner taking his first level of rogue, yes, he could be a 32nd level elven commoner (that would make him over 200 years old, not too far fetched for an elf) - my only question is where a commoner gets that kind of XP, without leveling planets for his manor lord.

The answer is 42.

I don't think he has a high enough Con to work all day. He could also use a better Cha to help his Disuise skill when he's putting on women's clothes.

I something like this in NWN when I'm DM and some idiot decides that it would be fun to attack NPC's at random to drag everyone in the party down to evil (if it's an "Only one Party" Server), or generally hit-and-missing people off.
