stupid question - two-weapon fighting

The SRD is pretty much my sole source for rules material while I'm at work, and I'm statting out a lizardman barbarian, whom I want to have wield two bronze short swords. I gave him two-weapon fighting, and since they are light weapons, he has a -2/-2 penalty to his attack. I get that much, I also understand that he has an extra attack because he is dual-wielding.

What I can't find, however, is at what base BAB this extra attack is at. Say, my Barb has +19/+14/+9 due to his str and other mods. What does that look like dual-wielding?

You can tell I always play spellcasters, can't you? :)

Two-weapon fighting gives you one extra attack with your off-hand weapon at full base attack, but each attack that round suffers a -2 penalty. So your barbarian gets those three attacks at -2 each with your primary weapon and one attack with your offhand weapon at full base attack -2. So your primary attacks are at +17/+12/+7 and your offhand attack is at +17. You get full strength bonus to damage with your primary weapon and half strength bonus to damage with your offhand weapon.
