I love the help rollovers and such, but a more detailed user guide would be appreciated. It doesn't have to be long, just bullet points to make it easier to know scoops are being submitted correctly.
-Explanation of what Images one should upload, and of Meta tags and description.
-The old explanation of using VB tags instead of HTML.
-A redirect page that says "We got your scoop!" would set paranoid minds at ease as well.
