Subscribed Threads

Is it just me, or has the function where any thread you have posted to is automatically subscribed changed? Or do they no longer show up in your user CP? I can't always remember what threads I posted to, and this helps me a lot.

I've got no idea if it's changed, but you can see which topics you posted in because they have a black dot in the enveloppe.

They still show up in my user CP. Have you tried increasing the number of days the threads are shown from?

If it has been too long (whatever your defined time limit is) since the post in question received a response, it won't shw up on your "main user CP" -- if you do go to your user cp, at the bottom (where the subscribed threads would be listed) there is phrase that says "Show all subscribed threads" -- that iwll bring up a screen where the older threads have gone to ...

it isn't obvious until you find it the first time then you wonder how you miss it

At one time I did not have to activly subscribe to a thread, so long as I replied, it would show in my user CP. Now, I manually subscribe, but occassionally, I have to show after 2 days, even though someone posted within a few hours.

If you check your User options, there is a check box for Email notification for threads you participate in (basically, it subscribes you to all threads you participate in by automatically checking the "subscribe" box whenever you post a reply. You may want to check and see if that option in your user options is checked or unchecked.
